Abstracts:
ALL SPEAKERS REQUIRED TO SUBMIT AN ABSTRACT.
Abstract submission deadline: Tuesday 1st October 2024
All abstracts must be submitted in an electronic format and should not exceed 350 words.
Oral Presentations:
Please note that all in-person PowerPoint presentations should be uploaded by Monday 2nd December 2024.
This is required to allow live streaming during the symposium.
Virtual Presentations:
A recording of your presentations should be uploaded in MP4 format by Monday 2nd December 2024.
This is required to allow live streaming during the symposium.
Posters:
Virtual posters from online attendees ONLY should be sent as PowerPoint or PDF at the latest by Monday 2nd December 2024.
For in person poster presentations, the presenters need to print their poster according to the below dimensions: The poster’s maximum size is: 85 cm (W) x 115 cm (H)
